Amanda Righetti

Amanda Elizabeth Righetti (born Amanda Elizabeth Righetti) is an American actress and producer. She gained fame for portraying the role of special agent Grace Van Pelt in CBS' police procedural drama series 'The Mentalist'. Righetti came from Utah and always wanted to perform. She began to dance at the age of four. In 1995 she made her major screen debut in the movie 'Love and Happiness'. Then, in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation the actress made her debut on television as a CBS guest actor. Her career started when she was a model in her early teens. Following her move to Los Angeles, Righetti continued to appear in small parts on the Fox teen drama 'The O.C.'. Righetti had a prominent role in the 2009 movie Friday the 13th. She has also been seen on the soap series of Fox North Shore and the drama series Reunion. In 'The Mentalist,' she played Grace Van Pelt between 2008 until 2015.
